The local newspaper prints a gift guide for Holiday shoppers through the entire month of December. Last year’s ad was designed by the resident graphic artist/sales rep… it was fine, but my folks at Bird’s Nest wanted something different. The graphic of the girl on the sled is a scan of an antique trade card advertisement. Full color printed in the paper, too.
[Update] So, the ad was printed first as a 3.75 x 5. Then, out of the blue, I was asked to redo the small ad… instead, the small ad was now a full page ad! A HUGE 11.6 x 21.5 back page ad. Full color.
